These are both top quality, premium products aimed at discerning Foodservice customers, looking for a superior tasting custard. The Custard Works Instant custard is exactly what you would expect, you just add water, whereas the Custard Works Powder you add sugar and milk to make it up, providing both options for the customer.
Launched at the LACA exhibition this summer, visitor feedback was very positive “it tastes so creamy”, “its not too sweet”, “its much better than the custard we use now”.
