Ingredients to make one tray bake (10″x 8″ tray)
- 500g Middleton Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix
- 165g Butter (melted)
- 4 Eggs
- 433g Raspberries
Method
- Place the weighed out mix into a mixing bowl
- Select beater attachment
- Add the eggs to the dry mix and blend for one minute on slow speed
- Scrape down and add the melted butter
- Mix on slow speed for one minute
- Scrape down again and mix on medium speed for one minute
- Add the raspberries to the mixture and mix on slow speed until well incorporated
- Add mixture to baking tray and bake at 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 40 minutes
- Cooking times and temperature may vary depending on tin sizes used and oven
