METHOD
STEP 1
Weigh out required amount of vegan burger mix into a mixing bowl.
STEP 2
Measure out water and oil in a jug and add to mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
STEP 4
Chop carrots and coriander then add to mixing bowl.
STEP 5
Fold in for 20 seconds.
STEP 6
Portion into equal amounts, approx. 65-75g.
STEP 7
Form into burger patties and leave to one side.
STEP 8
Insert grill tray into convection oven and Pre – heat oven to 220c.
STEP 9
Place burgers on grill tray and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
STEP 10
Once cooked place on a toasted burger bun (Middletons 50/50 bread mix), add salad and cheese slice to serve.
