Weigh out plain cookie mix into a mixing bowl.
Measure out water and add to mixing bowl, using the beater attachment mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Turn dough out onto a clean surface.
Roll out dough into a sausage shape of around 2” in diameter.
Cut into equal portions roughly 1cm thick.
Use a rolling pin to roll out each portion, use your finger to round one end to resemble an arch of a headstone, The bottom cut off so there is a straight edge.
Place each cookie on a lined baking tray and bake at 180oc for 10-11 minutes.
Leave to one side to cool.
In a separate bowl add frosting and black food colouring, mix to make a grey frosting. Use more black colouring until have desired grey.
Once the cookies are cool, spread evenly a layer of the grey frosting on to each cookie, then use the red icing to write what you desire on each headstone.
