Our Oriental Salt & Chilli Pepper Seasoning Mini Pot delivers a bold and aromatic flavour inspired by classic Asian-style seasoning blends. Combining garlic and chilli with warming notes of fennel, aniseed and cinnamon, it creates a balanced seasoning with a gentle heat and distinctive fragrance.

Oriental Salt & Chilli Wings

Ingredients

1kg Chicken wings

10g Middleton’s Oriental Salt & Chilli Mini Pot Seasoning

½ Long red chilli, finely sliced

4 Spring onions, finely chopped

3 Cloves garlic, minced

Extra spring onion, chilli to serve

Kewpie mayonnaise to serve

Method

  1. Sprinkle the Middleton’s Oriental Salt & Chilli Seasoning and marinate for 15 mins.
  2. Bake at 220°C for 20–25 mins.
  3. Toss the cooked pieces in a hot wok or pan with the sliced chilli, garlic, and spring onions for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately and garnish with extra spring onion and chilli to serve.

 

Chefs Tip:
Serve with Kewpie mayonnaise (a Japanese mayonnaise)

Try a Dash of soy sauce or sesame oil (if you want a slightly wet finish)
