Gluten Free Banana Brownie

Ingredients to make one tray bake (10″ x 8″ tray)

  • 500g Middleton Gluten Free Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 165g Butter (melted)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 433g Banana (4 bananas)


  1. Place weighed out mix into a mixing bowl
  2. Select beater attachment
  3. Add the eggs to the dry mix and blend for one minute on slow speed
  4. Scrape down and add the melted butter and mashed banana
  5. Mix on slow speed for one minute
  6. Scrape down again and mix on medium speed for one minute
  7. Add mixture to baking tray and bake at 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 40 minutes
  8. Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on tin sizes used and oven
