Gluten Free Fruity Flapjack

Ingredients to make one flapjack

  • 1000g Middleton Gluten Free Flapjack Mix
  • 100g Water
  • 250g Dried Mix Fruit


  1. Select the beater attachment on the mixing machine
  2. Place the weighed out flapjack mix in a mixing bowl with the water and mix for 20-25 seconds on slow speed until the water is mixed in
  3. Add the mixed dried fruit to the mix and mix for a further 15-20 seconds or until the dried fruit is mixed throughout
  4. Place the mix into a lined tin and spread, flatten mix in tin until level
  5. Allow to stand for 10 minutes
  6. Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
  7. Allow mix to cool before cutting into desired portions
