Hot + Spicy Minced Beef Tacos (Hot + Spicy Glaze)

Serves 4-5
500g Minced Beef
1 x 60g sachet Cooks Choice
Hot & Spicy Dry Marinade
1 onion, chopped
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 Red pepper, chopped
10 Taco shells
Grated Cheddar cheese
Finely shredded Iceberg lettuce

1. Dry-fry the minced beef in a frying pan until brown and crumbly, stirring occasionally and breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

2. Add the onion and peppers, cook until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in the Cooks Choice Hot & Spicy Marinade and thoroughly mix together. Cover and cook gently for a further 2 – 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Spread the taco shells out on a baking tray and place in the oven for 2–3 minutes until crisp.

4. Place a little of the mixture into each of the taco shells. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.

Serve on a bed of finely shredded Iceberg lettuce and your choice of accompaniments on the side.

2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
Juice of ½ lime
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend together.

2 avocados
Juice of ½ lime
2 tbsp Crème Fraîche

Crush the avocados with a fork. Then squeeze in the lime juice, add the crème fraîche, season, and gently mix it all up.
