400g Raw Peeled Tiger Prawns
1 x 60g sachet Cooks Choice Garlic & Herb Dry Marinade
75g Courgette (cut into batons)
75g Yellow, red or orange Peppers sliced
A little oil
300g Dried Spaghetti
- Place the prawns in a bowl along with the Peppers and Courgette. Add a little olive oil to the bowl, then add the Cooks Choice Garlic & Herb Marinade. Set aside in the fridge for 10 to 20 mins for the marinade to develop.
- Heat a little oil in a wok or large pan, add in the marinated prawns and vegetables and stir fry gently.
- Meanwhile add salt to a pan of boiling water and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add it to the pan with the prawns and vegetables.
Give it all a good stir mixing together well.
Serve with a little grated parmesan. Beautiful!
