METHOD
STEP 1
Weigh out plain cookie mix into a mixing bowl and select the beater attachment.
STEP 2
Measure out water and add to mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
STEP 4
Scrape out onto a clean surface and roll into a sausage shape roughly 2 inch in diameter.
STEP 5
Cut evenly into 1cm thick slices and place on a lined baking tray.
STEP 6
Bake in oven for 10 – 11 minutes, leave to cool on a cooling rack once baked.
STEP 7
In a bowl add vanilla frosting and red food colouring. Mix until have desired colour red. – add more colouring if needed.
STEP 8
Once cookies have cooled cut one in half and spread the red frosting around the round part of the cookie.
STEP 9
Place marshmallows in a row to represent a line of teeth.
STEP 10
Spread the frosting on the 2nd half of the cookie and sandwich the two together. Should look like a set of teeth.
STEP 11
For the fangs cut the points off the chocolate stars and add x2 to the teeth. One each side.
STEP 12
Repeat for all cookies until used all frosting and marshmallows.
