METHOD
STEP 1
Weigh out vegan burger mix into a mixing bowl and select the beater attachment.
STEP 2
Measure out water and oil into a jug and pour into mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Mix together on slow speed until all combined.
STEP 4
Next cut vegan cheese into 10 – 20g individual pieces.
STEP 5
Split the burger mix into 10 equal portions of around 50g and wrap around each block of cheese.
STEP 6
Weigh out vegan mayo and gluten free breadcrumbs into separate bowls.
STEP 7
Roll each portion in vegan mayo covering equally and then roll through breadcrumbs.
STEP 8
Repeat this process for all portions.
STEP 9
Place on a lined baking tray and oven at 180c or gas mark 4 for 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
STEP 10
Once cooked serve as required.
