METHOD
STEP 1
Add raspberries to mixing bowl and mix until a puree is formed.
STEP 2
Weigh out flapjack and add to mixing bowl, mix for 1 minute on slow.
STEP 3
Scrape mix into a lined gastro tin, spread evenly and press down.
STEP 4
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Bake in the oven at 170oC for 30 minutes.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on type of oven used.
