Method
- Place chicken thighs into a clean mixing bowl.
- Add the BBQ glaze and oil or water. (whichever you prefer).
- Mix all together until all the chicken is coated.
- Cling film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or ideally overnight to marinate.
- Once marinaded, place chicken on a lined oven tray and cook at 160C for30 minutes or until chicken has a core temp of 75°C or above.
- Once chicken has cooked, set aside.
Remoulade Mayonnaise
Make the slaw mix by adding all the prepped ingredients into a bowl and mix well, then add the required amount of pepper to season, mix thoroughly
Burger Build
Spread the Remoulade Mayonnaise onto the brioche base and lid, layer from bottom up with the BBQ Chicken thigh and top with slaw.
