BLUEBERRY SPONGE

METHOD

 

STEP 1

Weigh out mix into bowl and add water, beat for 1 minute of slow speed.

STEP 2

Scrape down and beat for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

STEP 3

Add blueberries to mixing bowl, mix for 10 seconds to fold into mix.

STEP 4

Pour mix into a lined gastro tin and spread evenly.

STEP 5

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175C in the Turbofan.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on type of oven used.
