Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place the Middleton’s Plain Cookie Mix, chopped dates, rolled oats, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the water and using a beater attachment, mix at a slow speed until it forms a dough.
- Divide the mixture into 25g portions and roll into balls, flatten slightly and place on baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly on trays before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
