Method
- Weigh out Flapjack mix into a mixing bowl and select the beater attachment.
- Measure out water and add it to mixing bowl.
- Mix for 1 minute at a slow speed.
- Fold in dried fruit on slow speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape into a lined tin, (traybake or BS tin) and spread evenly.
- Bake in oven at 170oc – gas mark 3. For 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool in tin and cut when cooled down.
