Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place the Middleton’s Cookie Mix, oats, ginger, honey and allspice in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the water and using a beater attachment, mix at a slow speed until it forms a dough.
- Roll the mixture into 25g balls and place onto baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper. Flatten slightly, allowing room to spread.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until deep golden. Allow to cool slightly on trays before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Cooking times and temperature may vary depending on type of oven used.
