METHOD
STEP 1
Weigh out plain cookie mix into a mixing bowl.
STEP 2
Measure out water in a jug and add to a mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Using the beater attachment mix on slow speed and add a couple of drops of green food colouring.
STEP 4
Add more colouring if required until desired green is achieved.
STEP 5
Once a dough is formed scrape out onto a clean surface.
STEP 6
Roll dough into a sausage shape of 2” in diameter and cut into 1cm thick portions.
STEP 7
Place portions of cookie on a lined baking tray and bake at 180oc for 10-11 minutes.
STEP 8
Once cookies are done as they are soft and cooling down place eyes into each cookie and leave to cool down on a wire rack.
