Our Hot & Spicy Glaze Mini Pot delivers a bold, fiery flavour created from an intense blend of aromatic spices and a sweet, spicy tomato base, finished with a distinctive chilli kick. While Middleton Foods produces the blend, our mini pots are not sold directly online. Instead, they are available through selected independent butchers and specialist food retailers – perfect for picking one up alongside your fresh ingredients to try the recipe below.

Hot & Spicy Wings with Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients

1kg Chicken Wings

100g Middleton’s Hot & Spicy Glaze

2 Bunches of spring onions, chopped

40g Crispy onions

150g Buffalo sauce

4 Red chillies, finely sliced

½ Lemon – (Juice Only)

½ Bunch of Coriander – (Roughly Chopped)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chicken wings and Middleton’s Hot & Spicy Glaze, mix well until all wings are coated. Cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the wings on a wire rack over a tray for 35 – 40 mins and turn halfway for an even crisping.
  3. Serve wings in a bowl, drizzle with buffalo sauce, top with spring onions, crispy onions, red chillies, lemon juice & sprinkle with coriander.

 

Chef’s Tip:

Wings can be left overnight to marinate for a more intense flavour.

Sesame seeds can be used as a garnish option.
