  • 1kg – Middleton Flapjack Mix
  • 120ml – Water
  • 170g – Strawberry jam

METHOD

Method

  • Add 500g flapjack mix, and 60ml water into a mixing bowl and mix for 20 – 30 seconds
  • Press firmly into a parchment lined 800g size baking tin.
  • Spread surface evenly with 170g of jam.
  • Make up another 500g – 60ml mix and press firmly over the jam layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 170oC in the Turbofan


Chefs Tip:

Garnish with roasted desiccated coconut.
