Method
- Add 500g flapjack mix, and 60ml water into a mixing bowl and mix for 20 – 30 seconds
- Press firmly into a parchment lined 800g size baking tin.
- Spread surface evenly with 170g of jam.
- Make up another 500g – 60ml mix and press firmly over the jam layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 170oC in the Turbofan
Chefs Tip:
Garnish with roasted desiccated coconut.
