Method
- Make up the 1kg ratio of the Middleton fudge brownie mix as per the instructions for a cake brownie
- Bake for 30 minutes at 170oC
- Leave the brownie to completely cool
- Once cooled, crumble the brownie into a breadcrumb texture, using a food processor or mash with a fork.
- Add the orange zest and orange juice and bring together to form a dough
- Roll into 20g balls and roll through the cocoa powder and icing sugar
Chefs Tip:
To make these extra special why not try adding you chosen liqueurs such as Cointreau, Cherry Heering or nutty ones such as Frangelico, amaretto, or Nocello (walnut liqueur).
