  • 1kg – Gluten Free Flapjack Mix
  • 100ml – Water
  • 170g – Dried mixed fruit

METHOD

Method

  • Weigh out Flapjack mix into a mixing bowl and select the beater attachment.
  • Measure out water and add it to mixing bowl.
  • Mix for 1 minute at a slow speed.
  • Fold in dried fruit on slow speed for 30 seconds.
  • Scrape into a lined tin, (traybake or BS tin) and spread evenly.
  • Bake in oven at 170oc – gas mark 3. For 30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool in tin and cut when cooled down.
